Description: Here is a nice Zenith Trans-Oceanic R600 in the less common Super DeLuxe leather clad version. The radio looks pretty nice and the pictures should bear that out. It has some very minor scuffs and scratches but nothing major or that detracts from its appearance. I powered the radio up slowly on a variac and can pick up the local AM stations no problem. The higher bands did not receive anything but this was during the day. Regardless, the radio chassis should be restored before being put to use as a properly functioning radio. The tubes were Zenith brands except the 1L6 was a Sylvania. It looks as if the only thing missing is the black covered users manual which fit in the back panel. Please check out the pictures they will show it off well. There are reflections on some of the surfaces and not blemishes.
