Description: Offered here is a circa early 1950's Zenith model A733 Bakelite clock radio in partially tested working order. The case is in great condition with no UV damage and no major blemishes. All sides are pictured but if you wish to see a specific detail please request a picture to be added to the listing. This item is cosmetically in very good condition beside a missing knob. The clock and the FM radio are tested and guaranteed to be in working order at the time of sale. The AM radio function is not tested due to the missing selector knob but this likely is also working due to the FM tubes being fine. The tuner knob sometimes slips but the station can be adjusted perfectly with use of the dial. The speaker sounds good in my opinion but I am not an expert. Cord is in good usable condition and is likely original. The case has no cracks, chips or major blemishes. There are very light scratches throughout but they are hard to see, case is very clean. Interior components are not inspected due to potential damage caused by taking apart without proper tools. This is a hard to find Zenith model in good displayable condition minus a knob that can likely be located online and replaced. This will be shipped with lots of padded material and will be insured against potential damage during shipping. Returns are accepted for 30 days with buyer paying return postage. This is an excellent display piece that is still functional and aesthetic. This model is not often found for sale.
