The shutter will engage and fire, but the linkage will need some adjustment. The shutter button does NOT fire the shutter and it must be done manually on the bottom of the lens. Shutter speeds may not be accurate, but the aperture appears to be functioning correctly. The camera will need cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment if it to be used. The meter is responsive to light, but I cannot attest to its accuracy. The lens is Zeiss-Opton Tessar 45mm F2.8 T. The Synchro Compur shutter dates it between 1953 and 1955.
