Description: 1 1/2" or 2" Double Fluid Bed This fluid bed is custom built to fit your needs and is very convenient to have all your cups of powder right there...to run 1 or 2 colors at one time. Its ran with a single air pump The valves on each base lets your cups work independently of each other. Making adjustments to the air flow easy The purpose of the fluid bed is to fluidize the powder paint to give your jigs or spinner blades a thinner, more even coat of paint. This will also save time and money by using less paint. In the final curing process using a thinner coat of paint means less chances of drips forming. This lower density is what allows a consistent uniform and smooth coating. Our fluidizing membrane is made of high density porous polyethylene 1/8” thick which is permanently glued to the cups.
