On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.” This stamp was issued in Yorktown, Va. Overall, a great collectible for any history Buff. The size of this matted picture is 10" x 13" and will fit any 10" x 13" inch frame. (a standard size).
