The frame is in new condition with no scratches, cracks, or other damage. The stock synthetic grip has been replaced with a 1.5-mm thick leather grip for greater feel (Picture 3). Lead tape has been placed at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions to bring the swing-weight up to the manufacturers specification of 318. Received from Yonex, the swing-weight was 310. Several online influencers have reported that the swing-weight on their test model has also been about 10 points below specification and significantly detracted from performance. Bringing the swing-weight up to factory specs restores the same great feel as the predecessor Yonex VCore Pro 100 but with the plus feature of less tip vibration from off-the-sweet-spot hits. The racquet has been strung with a hybrid of Babolat 17 gauge natural gut in the mains by Volkl VStar 19 gauge polyester in the crosses.
