NIP (New In Package) Yomegawas founded in 1983, and quickly made a mark on the yoyo industry with their 1984 release of theyoyo with a Brain, the first clutch-based auto-return yoyo which quickly became an international best-seller. The company grew to become one of the biggest manufacturers of yoyos in the world. In the late 1990's, Yomega helped to fuel the yoyo boom that spread across the globe. Yomega Fireball was first released in 1989. The Fireball became a very popular yoyo forlooping, especially during the yoyo boom of the 1990s. It was also popular for promotions, ranging from player teams to yoyo retailers and even contests. It is still in production today and is still one of Yomega's flagship yoyos. Collector Notes: Limited Edition Release Made in USA Release Date: 1995 This particular version is no longer produced There are a number of different colour combinations and side cap designs produced over the years as well as glow, special player editions, limited editions, contest editions and promotional and international versions available making these highly collectable.
