Description: This auction is for a signed World Series 8x10 of Tommy Henrich and Mickey Owen . Great shot of the famous moment in the 1941 World Series where a third strike got away from Owen. The strike would have ended the game and given a victory but Henrich reached first, later scored, the Yanks tied and later won the game and ultimately , the series. The photo has a small tear at the top, see the scan. The photo presents nicely and has a piece of tape on the tear to mitigate that issue. See the scan for a close up of the signatures. Owen died 7/13/2005 and Henrich died 12/1/2009. Last one! There is no additional shipping charge if you win more than one postcard or photo. Just give me a chance and I will send an invoice showing the shipping discount after the auctions end for the evening.I will be listing several other items over the next several weeks including several tough autographed items, so stay tuned and thank you for looking!
