Description: Selling an amazing piccolo trumpet that I recently acquired. The only reason I’m selling is to afford a new Thein. I’ve always preferred the three valve with fourth rotor that this model has. The sound is much fuller and broader than the Schilke P5-4 design models. This particular horn was owned and played by Jim Ross of the MET Opera Orchestra and New York Philharmonic. He also played this horn in the Chicago Symphony. Horn works like new and is in very good condition. There are a few tiny blemishes that don’t affect the wonderful playing of this horn! Includes case, A and Bb lead pipe and small third valve slide without rotor in addition to the rotor 4th valve slide. No mouthpiece. Shipping included to USA at the posted price. Price is firm as this is what I paid and need to get back out of it. Also no trades.
