Description: A small double arm split post from the 1980s or 90s. Made in Japan or possibly the UK. Fits 3/4" arms and has a 7/8" diameter main post, I don't know exactly what the origin for this strange short piece would be but it has not been cut down. Good shape with cosmetic wear as shown.
