These are VERY comfortable and look really cute with a simple tank.This one is made from a Pink Ribbon shirt as well as a pink shirt with double black diamonds on them.Look at the pics for measurements, but this skirt is approx 25" (drawstring) waist and 15" long. it would likely be an xxs/xs womens or maybe a size 14 teen. Like any shirt, it will stretch a bit with wear, but also like a shirt, it will shrink back down when washed/dried.
