Description: Please note before purchase, that I do not allow returns, so be sure it is what you want. Some pics too light - dress is true black. Nice design black dress by Xscape Woman by Joanna Chen (New York designer with clothes made in USA - look her up) in woman's size 16W. Sleeveless polyester/spandex fabric (not sheer) and is not lined, lower waist, sheath dress. The bottom of the dress is layers (fixed in place) with a small flap of chiffon, all the way to the bottom. Over the sheath dress, is a black chiffon oversized over top with arm openings and a split on top of the sleeves. V-neck front with rhinestone bar holding it together. The back of the chiffon top is secured with a button at the neck, secured at the waist and is open to the low waist (the back of the sheath dress conceals about half of your back so no over-exposure). This is beautiful, nice Joanna Chen design. Measures 42" from the shoulder seam to the bottom (just below knee). Across the chest is 22" armpit to armpit, with some give. The chiffon over top is about 30" across - very blousy.
