RETURN POLICY: Since our orders are custom, the drapery orders are not returnable. However all our work is guaranteed by our workroom to be what you ordered. In an instance where a customer orders something that just doesn't work for them, we can work with you to replace work as long as the original order can be re-sold. We know that our draperies represent an investment and we don't want any customer to be less than pleased with their purchase. Each of the 4 panels measures 50 inches in width and up to 110" inches in length. We can hem them shorter for no additional charge. We can make double wide panels, or extra wide panels and also longer panels in our workroom. The panels are sold as rod pocket, but we can add pleats to these for $6 per pleat.
