The ID'D grouping from captain Clayton Kaye who served as a Naval pilot during WWII and First Lieutenant in the U.S.M.C.R. post WWII . The lot includes a great pair of his original WWII Ray Ban aviator sunglasses with tin case (case inscribed & worn in flight by Clayton ), two 8 " x 10 " photos of Claytons aircraft in flight , a photo of Capt. Clayton with other officers , A Short Snorter dollar silver Certificate signed by some fellow officers (in picture ) and Dated 3/22/1943 , 4 USMC dog tags , A WWII US Navy Marine Corps gold over sterling silver pilot wings pin and 2 sterling Marine corps EGA collar pins , and several id cards/training certificate cards . Dimensions - Glasses , Temple length 4" , width 5 1/4" Age - ca 1940's Condition - All pieces in very good condition. The sunglasses free of any chips or scratches .
