The pad is approximately 11 1/2" x 3 3/4". It is in Unissued Condition. There is no evidence of prior usage. These were used with the Utility Shoulder straps and the M1936 or M1944 Suspenders for backpacks during WWII. There are no manufacturer markings or dates. Some minor fray spots on the edges of each pad, see photos. Looks like it was from the strapping material that bound the pads together. Please see photos for details.
