Description: US Landing Craft on Normandy Beach This is a nice reproduction of an original World War Two photograph showing a US landing craft on one of the Normandy beaches after the invasion. It appears that some armor has been installed for the coxswain to stand and drive the boat, there is a vision slit in the front.
