Description: Very good condition with some minor surface wear. The leather has a combination of a relatively smooth and mild textured feel areas. The color is mostly dark with some brown areas. The leather is soft and pliable. The top edge of the frog is in great condition with very little wear and is not cracked. The backside is clearly stamped with 1936 and above that, looks like a partial manufacture stamp. The scabbard catch hole is in very good order. The stitching is very strong and complete on the front and on the back, much of the surface on the stitching is worn. The rivets are very secure. The sides and bottom edge have very minor wear. There is a small tear on the top edge side of the leather where the scabbard slides in. Overall, a very good looking frog.
