The Italian 10th Army under Marshall Rodolfo Graziani is surrounded by British troops southeast of Beda Fomm, Libya and surrenders. The bears a cancellation from Majuro on February 5, 1991, 50 years after the battle. The cover bears one 30 cent Battle of Beda Fomm 1941 stamp. This is a unique cover to own.
