This holster is used, see Photo's for Condition. The leather is soft and supple. No cracks or crazing. All of the stitching is intact and not fraying. The internal leather block is present. The holster manufacturer marking is on the rear, it is marked: Boyt -42- There is the US in a oval logo on the flap. There is a rivet missing on the rear of the holster. The metal belt hook is no longer present, see photos. This is one of the holsters that was dyed black to meet the post-war color standard change in 1952-53.
