Description: RARE WWII Era US Navy MK-2 Machete 22" w/Leather Scabbard - Machete blade is marked: C.V. MFG. CO CLEVELAND OH and leather scabbard is marked U.S. MILWAUKEE SADDLERY CO 1942 Some discoloration on the blade. No rust or pitting. The Bakelite grip handle is in very good condition, no cracks or breaks. The leather scabbard has some scuffs and scratches (see detailed photos) however, the seams and edges are fully intact, no fraying. It it is also missing the metal belt hook on the rear of the scabbard.
