Description: Wehrpass to Wilhelm Goritz who served with 9./Gren.Rgt.307. Wilhelm was found fit for duty in 1940 at the young age of 20 being born March 21st, 1920. He began his young military career with an Inf.ers.batl. from 40-41. Then further moving into Pioneer, Radfahr and finally a Grenadier regiment. He spent most of his time in war in North Finland. He was trained with the K98, P08. Light MG 34. He also has an interesting entry as a Skilaufer. He rose to the rank of Unterofficer. During his short 4-year military career he obtained 4 awards. An ek2, Ostmedal, Bwb and an interesting award, the Finnish Freedom award 2nd class. For the bwb he was injured by grenadesplinters on April 7, 1944. 6 months later he would die on October 11, 1944, at 24 years old. Comes with a Postcard as seen in photos. Condition is as seen. All pages present and readable. Good for someone to do an indepth write up to further expand on what I've presented. It is water damaged at the bottom and throughout the wehrpass. Still a wonderful item full of history to add to your collection. It is priced accordingly for the damage seen.
