Description: An original WW2 French Army Messenger / Official Dispatch Riders Lockable Back Pack. We have not seen one of these before and we believe it is WW2 issue. But it is not dated. It has a chain which locks through all the loops - which can then be locked with a padlock. The normal backpacks do not have the internal locking system and typically these are for dispatch riders or special messengers. It is in used condition - please see photos for details.
