Description: For sale here is a hard to find WW2 Canadian Army Cold Weather Hat. The hat is made from wool in a brownish OD Green color. The cap features a flap that will turn down at the ears and the back of the neck. The front flap is sewn in place. The ear flaps have a brown fabric tie to hold the flaps up. The cap shows light soiling, and has some light surface moth tracking, but no holes. Inside, the cap is lined in burgundy wool felt. The felt does show some wear and soiling. The inside of the cap is maker marked by D.M.C. Cap Mfg. Co. Ltd. Winnipeg Can. The cap is marked size 7, and there is a white owner stamping that looks like the letter D. The cap fits like a size 7 1/8, and this is as large as it will wear. There is no stretch. This is a nice looking cap that is harder to find.
