Description: WW2 Reproduction folding Tommy Cooker as issued to British troops. This stove is reproduced from measurments taken from an original production stove and reproduced as closely as possible to the original deisgn. Originally produced in .5mm steel, each wing of the stove would use the larger wing as its hinge and open out. My reproduction has tried to follow this deisgn process and DOES NOT relpy on the addition of a centre pin to assist its movement. The centre burn disc will accomodate a circular hesamine stove block, which i will be reproducing shortly. I have prodcued this by having the main parts laser cut out of .9mm steel and then manually folding the central hinge point around itself. In the production process of making the hinge work there may be some small marking to the metal, but this is hardly visible and i have tried to supply photos to give you a feel for the look for this finished product. This does not detract from what i beleive to be one of the closest reproductions of a Tommy cooker on the UK market.
