Sort of a project you can adapt to keyboards, guitar, organ, synth etc As it is now, you can simply connect speaker signal to the 2 wires marked "speaker", and plug in the AC cord and it runs at full speed. Or push the lever as described below to change speeds. There is an option you can trace out to send power to a solenoid to switch to the low speed motor for 2 speed operation. (or you can physically push on the solenoid mechanism lever to move it manually to disengage the second motor) You would have to find a way to then clamp or hold it in place if not using the electronic solenoid. The other unused wires look to be for optical sensors that read a modulating circular encoder close to pulley, I assume to send some type of signal back to the organ or maybe as another tone generator based on the spin or to add an additional volume tremolo in addition to the Doppler affect? We are not sure. Belt is newer non original replacement and may or may not be same as original. Build your own cabinet or perhaps you can find a louvered hamper or old speaker cabinet to fit it into. The paperboard cover on one side could be removed if you have something to protect hands from the spinning arm. Or mount up high and have a cool visual open look! Buyer to have some basic electrical knowledge (note open terminals have 120v AC on them and so this assembly should be housed or kept out of reach of children/pets) Speaker Wattage unknown but there looks to be a built in filter capacitor to filter out any low or subwoofer frequencies to allow higher levels without damage, There are also unused wires to a choke coil on the unit (looks like a transformer) that may have been to feed out lows to a separate subwoofer speaker and just used this unit as a convenient mounting board. The transistor info sheet stapled on it would have been for the organ electronics as there are no transistors in this unit. This does not have an amplifier, just straight in wires for a speaker signal from your amp. Sold as you see it, guaranteed to spin and speakers good on arrival.
