Description: This balcony was originally a fire escape balcony from Seattle's present day Villa Apartments building that was constructed in 1909 as a hotel and remodeled about 20 years ago. This balcony has its natural rust patina and there were cuts made to detach it from the building so there are 4 areas to be welded.This beautiful piece is approximately:82 3/4 in length36 in projection40 1/2 in heightBesides being used as an actual balcony I've included 2 pictures showing other balconies being transformed to a beautiful console or service table as inspiration.
