This carved cane or walking stick was carved by the 424th Infantry Regiment assigned to the 106th Infantry Division. The stick has both 424th and 106 incised as well as “TENN MANEUVERS” which were the Tennessee Maneuvers. This regiment took part in the Battle of the Bulge. The stick is also dated 1944. It has folk art carved faces, the word “LUCKY” and other symbols and markings. Size: measures approximately 41” length. Condition report: overall excellent condition. Minor wear or patina.
