Description: RARE early antique RELIANCE Landers, Frary & Clark electric waffle iron and CORD. BOTH WORK!! New Britain, Conn. Made in USA Model No. E75334. Excellent condition, esp. for the age. Beautiful art deco design. It has metal feet. The cord and waffle iron both work. It heated very hot. It has black wooden handles on both sides, but the front handle has been replaced with a metal handle. The cloth covered cord is 72” long. The cord plug into the waffle iron appears to be made purposely split to adjust to the prongs. It has a chip on the side. It is to be used for antique value only: I DO NOT ADVISE USING EITHER ONE unless you get it okayed by a certified electrician. This family antique has been in the family since probably the early 1920s. Most of these no longer work and/or don’t have the cord.
