The saints depicted are; the Virgin of Guadalupe, Saint Jude the Apostle, Saint Anthony, Saint Nicholas, Paschal Baylón and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This retablo has been entirely hand painted and signed on the back by the artist. This piece was handmade it in Patzcuaro, Michoacán, Mexico. Milagro is the Spanish word for "Miracle". There is a metal loop on the back so you can hang it on the wall. What a great Gift idea for the devout person in your life or the collector of Fine Mexican Folk Art.
