Description: ASSORTED 1940's COMICS! This group of Golden-age comics is for the fan that doesn't want to spend much, or perhaps wants to actually read his/her comics! These have TOO MANY signs of past use to mention (don't wanna get carpal tunnel, typing that long), but I will say this, there are NO INNARDS inside the cover to Roly Poly #11, which is a rare issue, so perhaps somebody has a coverless example, and wants to use this ripped cover, which could have it's upper masthead taped back on if the new owner so desires... The Wonderland 3 (another rarity!) has some chips out of the bottom front cover along with edge tears to lower right area and some water stains to the spine area, innards are pretty nice actually. Smitty #3 has some smudging to the right of the first page, and the cover is detached, plus the cover has some rips to the spine area, along with quite a bit of general wear. Treasure Chest Vol. 3 Number 5 from October 1947 has some water staining to the spine region and a couple chips out of the bottom of the back cover, and there is a chip to the top center edge of the front cover (which is present, but barely hanging on by the force, seemingly should be detached), plus a game page has a puzzle filled-in already, otherwise just some edge flaws, minor dings and spine-stresses. These are not for the condition-conscious collector, clearly! I included scans of front and back of all three copies, so please look closely as there are obvious defects. These come from a cool dry dark non-smoking environment so the page quality is actually very nice, off-white to white (with the exception of the areas there is some water staining as mentioned above.)
