All tag writing is in Chinese, so I can't understand the size. Measures flat pit to pit 18". Sleeves are 18" shoulder to cuff. Back is 26.5" top of collar to waist. Waist is 17.5" flat, one side. (So, I'm guessing women's size Small.) Has light (for looks) padded shoulders. Odd that all zip pull are faux "razor blades". Two outside zip pocket, one inside pocket. Goldwing logos on back and front are silkscreen. Cool little jacket for what it is.
