They run diagonal from top left to bottom right. First goes above the "L" and into the "!." Second ends on the "0" in "10c." I believe these two clearly have color touch. The third goes between the "A" and "T." It's hard to tell if there's color touch here through the slab. If there is, it's very slight and partial. There are a couple of bends and the stain that could be removed or at least improved. I think it could get to 4.0 or 4.5 conserved, even with the color touch removal. If one wanted to remove the cover reinforcement to get to universal, hard to say what the grade would be without know how much reinforcement there is.
