Description: Here is a beautifully lithographed two piece lithographed tin tunnel. This is a Winter Scene tunnel, and the two halves are held together by the fold at the top of one section fitting into the slot on the other side. Unpainted inside, multicolor outside. Has normal playwear but very presentable. A great addition to your classic tinplate train layout! The tunnel is about 12 inches long, a tad under 9 inches wide, and 7 inches high. The portal opening is about 7 inches wide. I was unable to find a manufacturer's name on it, nor any real information on the net. I did find that the halves are marked "J.R. Schrey" in the lower lefthand part of the sides, which might be the artist's name. Photos from all 4 sides, plus one closeup shot to show the hardware. Priced to sell, with only actual USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping for the nearly 2-pound package charged to the winner!
