Description: Leather Center-Ring Collar for Dog (Brown) by Winchester This is a Winchester Leather Center-Ring Dog Collar. Each is made of the finest latigo leather, and hardware. It includes a chrome plated steel tongue buckle and center O-ring. The buckle and O-ring are secured to the collar by two and four rivets, respectfully. The Center O-ring is a safety device that allows the collar to roll over on the dog's neck if the collar gets caught or snagged, and often breaks free. You can also clip a lead (or leash) to the center O-ring. The size if this collar is determined by the measurement from the end of the buckle to the second hole from the buckle. A dog with a neck that measures the same size as the collar, should fit perfectly in this collar. The smaller sized collars (12", 14", 16") are 3/4" wide. The larger sized collars (16", 18", 20") are 1" wide. This is a great looking collar, and safe, too. Color is Brown. Make your size selection using the drop down menu.
