I try to describe the item and its condition to the best of my ability. Most perfumes/colognes I sell have been found at an estate sale or auction. Although many are new/never used, the fragrance may not be what you remember. That does not mean they are bad, just changed over the years. Fragrance is subjective. Therefore I do not accept returns on perfume/cologne. If it is bad, I would not sell it in the first place. Again, no returns on perfume/cologne.
