Description: William Curtis hand colored botanical etching plate 298 15.75"x19.25" framed. This plate is from The Botanical Magazine, volume 9. The visible portion of the etching is approximately 4.3"x8.75". The entire framed piece weighs 3 lb 13.8 oz. Foxing can be seen on sides of image. Light spotting is visible on lower edge of frame upon close inspection. A spot is visible in lower right corner on first tier of matting. The rear backing paper is torn in areas. This print was not de-framed for the condition inspection. Please note I strive to provide as much information as possible but encourage inspection of photos and questions from buyers. Some condition issues may not be noted in the condition report but are apparent in the provided photos which also indicate condition.
