Description: WHITFIELD CONNOR (Dec'd 1988) HAND SIGNED LETTER TO CHARLES FORSYTHE (Dec'd) This letter was obtained in the estate sale of Charles Forsythe, Broadway and theatre actor, Stage Manager, Producer and Director from the 1950's to the 1980's. Connor was an award-winning Broadway actor and theatrical producer in Denver, CO. In the 1960's he was the commercial spokesman for the GULF OIL CO. He was also heard on the radio in Jack Webb's "Dragnet." This letter to Forsythe from Connor is on Connor's Elitch Theatre Company letterhead, in which he is sending Forsythe two pre-production payments for DEATHTRAP.
