She wanted something small but roomy. We did not put it together until we were at her university. It took about 5 hours to put together. Make sure to be patient because at first you will be overwhelmed with the amount of pieces. If you become frustrated be sure to walk away . Then return when you’ve had a cup of coffee. Overall, if I had to do it again I would buy it. For the price and amount of storage it holds. Also, have a drill handy in case you need it. It makes the process a little easier and more structured. My daughter loves it and and can’t wait to use it at college. Also, I must say the mirror is really nice too. It’s small and has several lighting phases. She has the ability to multitask by either using it as a desk or as a make up area.
