This is a bright silver and gold tone metal buckle with a floral scroll design and a gold tone roses at the center of the hearts, part of the Heritage Collection, by Aminco, from the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.3 oz.
