Description: An English sage green or celadon and white Jasperware matte stoneware small footed bowl by Wedgwood, in the Neoclassical style. The raised relief scenes around exterior are in lovely contrasting white, in the Neoclassical style of cameo jewelry. It’s a nice decorative bowl in avocado or pea soup green, with white figures depicting an ancient Grecian scene.Piece has maker's mark, 'Wedgwood', 'England', as well as several other marks, indicating it was made between 1929 and 1969. There are clear photos of all of the marks on the bottom. Beautiful as a standalone piece/decorative object, to hold small items on a dining table (candy, etc), or, to hold jewelry on a vanity dresser area. Very good condition as shown in images, with no cracks, chips or breaks.
