ALL pipes will be reamed to a smooth chamber removing most carbon in order to make sure there are no internal cracks, charring or burnout. The airway will be cleared of any obstructions. The exterior of the pipe will be cleaned and polished to bring out the grain and check for any cracks or repairs. Any oxidation will be removed from the stem, treated with obsidian oil and or polished. I NEVER sand or "top" the bowl keeping the pipe dimensions exactly as the carver intended it to be, so most pipes will have slight rim darkening. I will always show High def rim pictures. As always, returns are accepted - no reason needed!100 year old crazy nice pipe! Stem is possibly red amber and definitely hand made. WDC mark on shank and Gold band. Made in USA also on gold band. NO chatter marks on the stem. Pipe will ship in a hard shell pipe case and wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap.
