Description: New KOMET WCMT2.52 CBN Diamond Turning Inserts. These inserts fit the popular Accusize-style SWGCR (SWGCR06-2J) turning tools. Unlike the standard carbide inserts these are made with a single high quality BZN-grade CBN diamond cutting edge and are suitable for excellent finishes on the toughest materials. Please see the photo blueprint for dimensions and details. Inserts in this are used with 2.5mm to 1/8" (3mm) screws. These inserts have a center hole diameter of 2.75mm for 2.5mm screws. Included with each insert sold is a new diamond rotary bit that can be used to enlarge the center hole to 3mm if necessary for your tool holder. $10 for 1 Insert, $7 for each additional Insert including USPS First Class Shipping. Tool Holder not included.
