Condition notes- Items were purchased from an overstock liquidation company. They are what is considered "new old stock". All that I have available are new & unused, in their original zippered bags. Of the Flax panels that I have available, half are in one size of zippered bags and the others are in a smaller-sized bag. The smaller bags shownthe incorrect color on the feont advertising insert. Even tho the bags are different sizes- they are all identical panels inside. The smaller bags have a 2018 date on their UPC. The larger bags are undated. Zippered bags may have price or UPC sticker remains or residue and/or some minor soiling (on the zippered bag ONLY). The first persons who purchase valances will receive them with bags in the best condition bag, etc. Also note- Waverly window treatments are considered good quality. They do however seem to (most times) have excess threads hanging from some of their sewn areas. If you are like me and picky about this kind of thing, These threads can be easily snipped, with care taken for the surrounding fabric, using a small pair of scissors or nail clippers.
