First, it's front row, dead-center endzone, so you see all of the plays develop. Next, it's in a row all by itself, so you can stand all you want and you actually walk down to the seat from the upper deck concourse (and it's incredibly easy to use the restroom or get concessions during a timeout and be back in your seat by the next play). This endzone of upper-deck seats is also lower than all of the other upper deck sections in the stadium- your sightline is roughly equivalent to that of someone sitting in the upper rows of the club section. And to top it off, you're sitting amongst long-time and hardcore season-ticket holders, many of whom have had season seats since at least The Vet. You simply won't find a seat this great that easily.
