This is a very nice lithograph cell by Virgil Ross of Bugs Bunny on a horse jumping over barrels, in a western type scene with the General Store in the background. The frame has some pealing and separation, so please note that and look at all the photos. It appears the cell has shifted down a little from the matting. There is a COA included and it’s number 37 of 250. It’s from the Masters Collection entitled WHOAAA. Please ask questions if necessary, I do not want to hid any possible confusion with its condition.
