Warhammer 40k Space Marine Heroes Series 1 Brother-sergeant Sevastus Grav Rare

Description: It’s my goal to make sure that what you see is what you get. I try to clearly show any flaws in the photos and call out anything I notice that isn’t obvious, so please look carefully at the photos so we’re both happy with our transaction. OK, here’s the disclaimer that I hate that I have to write, but is BY FAR the most important thing in buying and selling used minis: ********I am not representing any models as glued together or not glued together. The photographs are the actual products you will receive, but they may be staged to better show how they fit together. Even if things are glued together, you should expect to use a small amount of glue on these minis after they have gone through the mail, even well protected******** There. Now, in fact, 99% of the minis are glued together. I have to say this because these models are held together with glue, sometimes very old glue, and there is literally nothing I can do to prevent glue bonds from breaking in the mail. If you consider broken super glue bonds to be a “broken model,” please save us both the trouble and don’t buy used minis from me. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SHIPPING “When will you ship my item?” Within four days, as indicated in the listing. I usually send stuff much faster, but sometimes I am sick or busy, and I cannot guarantee faster turnaround unless you ask me before buying. “Do you combine shipping?” You bet. It should be automated based on item weight, but if it seems off, ask for an invoice before submitting your payment details. “Do you ship to xxx?” Probably! If the option doesn’t show up, let me know and we’ll figure it out. “What services do you offer?” By default, I ship to the US via first class mail, and globally via ebay international shipping. For larger items, I offer priority mail. For books, I offer media mail by default, because it costs 1/3 to 1/2 as much as priority, but here’s the thing: MEDIA MAIL IS VERY SLOW. It’s a money-loser for USPS, and it is the last thing that gets sorted. Also, they don’t update the tracking until it is delivered. Now personally, when I order a book, I use media mail, but I am not the kind of person who obsessively watches tracking numbers. If you are, consider paying the premium for the speed and guarantees of Priority Mail. Because I cannot change what USPS does once a package gets scanned in at my post office. PACKAGING “How do you package minis?” No system is foolproof, but if anything breaks in transit, it won’t be due to negligence, and I’ll make it right. Nothing makes me sadder than getting a box of broken, chipped, carelessly packed minis, but that seems to be the rule rather than the exception. I’ve come up with a system that I believe is the perfect balance between “adequate protection” and “actually being able to open the model without a chainsaw.” Here is my default packing method: -Sturdy plastic units (eg Tactical Marines) and unpainted metal minis - taped together within bubble wrap in a bag. -Fragile plastic units - bubble wrap "cigar" carefully layered to minimize issues -Painted metal - Taped in a way so that two metal minis never touch and will not be chipped.   -NOS minis (no fragile parts) - Padded envelope. I've only had one issue with this and it involved the envelope getting run over by a truck. -NOS minis (fragile, eg nightwraiths) - Box If you need another packing method, I'll accomodate. On the off chance that it takes an insane amount of time and money for materials, I reserve the right to ask for a few extra bucks, but I've never had to do that before. PRODUCTS “What is your best price?” It is either exactly the same as, or slightly more than, your best offer. Weird how that works. “How did you paint x?” Unless otherwise noted, I did not. “Can you paint this?” Yes, but I am expensive and not by any means a professional or experienced painter, and I’ll only paint things that seem fun to paint. I can’t imagine why anyone would want me to paint for them but I am not against the idea? “Can you base this/touch it up/include something that is not included in the listing?” Sure, but it’ll be extra. Message me and we can work something out.
