Description: Waltham 820 Model 1883 18 Size Open Face Sterling Silver Pocket Watch ca. 1913. This Waltham grade 820, model 1883, 15 jewel, 18 size, open face pocket watch has a solid sterling silver case measuring approximately 57.5mm in diameter x 3 1/4 inches long including bow. The case has a coin edge with engraving throughout the case. Due to age, the engraving has worn and is less defined. The case has a minimal patina and light wear for it's age. The front, back and dust cover hinges all open, close and secure properly. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals, a red five minute Arabic numeral track, blue spade hands, a single sunk seconds register at six o'clock, and is marked "Waltham". The dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or chipping. The glass crystal is in great condition. The inside case is stamped "Dueber Sterling - 7104". The inside dust cover is stamped "3 - 4147104". The nickel movement is stamped "American Waltham Watch Co. - 18975761". All screws and jewels appear to be in good condition. Stem wind and set.
