All pieces per the instructions are present with an extra hotel and 4 extra houses. All deeds are all present and in very good condition; two extra blank deeds are included, presumably to replace a worn or lost one. The deed titles represent places in England, including the railways. Play money is present in the expected denominations, although the instructions don't specify how many of each were originally included; there are certainly enough to play the game as intended. Chance and Community Chest cards are plentiful and in good condition. Original brown dice and markers/tokens are included. The game board is in nice condition with one pinkish stain near the center. One corner is slightly warped from storage but may flaten with some strategically placed weighting. It's not so bad that the game can't be played; I just mention it for those who are looking for a collector piece. The red back of the board is very clean.
