Vtg Snoopy Detective Sherlock Holmes & Snoopy w/Skis Ceramic Japan 1966 3 Pieces

Description: Nice set of three snoopy the beagle from peanuts! Two of the pieces are hard to find vintage ceramic Snoopy ornaments that are marked copyright 1958, 1966 United feature syndicates Incorporated made in Japan. One is the skiing dog Snoopy complete with two snow skis and green and white stocking hat on his head & of course the iconic red Snoopy collar. It looks like someone tried to peel off his bottom tag at some point but more than half of it is still there including the copyright dates. The second vintage ceramic Snoopy ornament is the very hard to find Detective Watson Snoopy. He is wearing a brown plaid jacket with solid brown hat, green at the collar and magnifying glass in his hand. This piece shows a little bit of yellowing on the white areas of his face and neck or it may just be overspray of the brown when he was created. His tag on the bottom is intact Both of the ceramic Snoopy ornaments are in very nice vintage condition and I do not see any chips or cracks. They each have a small metal hook in the top with a thin black cord so you can hang them if desired but both freestand nicely so are perfect for display also. The last piece is a plastic Snoopy playing soccer with a red and blue soccer uniform and his ears flying out behind him. There is a small red mark on his right paw and the slightest pale red spot on his face near his nose, but overall good condition. He does free stand but you have to take a moment to get him just right or he'll fall over :-) All three pieces are included in this listing.
