The buckle is pre-owned and shows moderate tarnish & signs of use. A light cleaning & polishing (we have done neither) would make it shine brighter and look newer. It measures 4 1/4” x 3 1/4”, fits belts up to 1 3/4” wide and weighs about 4-5 ounces.
